‘Pop’ Favourites

Perhaps it is surprising for some to hear that I do enjoy music outside the classical genre; particularly the more melancholic chart hits and guitar pieces in the ‘rhythm and blues’ category.

They may appeal because the singer is able to give the music a certain atmospheric vibe, which reflects the circumstances or conditions of life in which the lyrics and music were written. I hope you may warm to these pieces too!
